The Challenge

Technical Managers, Project Managers and Team leaders working in small-sized companies in the Chemical and Manufacturing industries are often tasked with sourcing and screening technical talent due to limited HR resources, if one exists. These professionals, while experts in their fields, must juggle posting job descriptions, manually reviewing and screening hundreds of CVs and applications, sending emails, making calls and conducting interviews - all while managing their core responsibilities. This process is time-consuming and mentally draining, often leading to frustration, delays and increased costs as professionals struggle to balance recruiting efforts with their critical responsibilities. The service is often externalized to recruiters but fees are high most of the time, and are not familiar with the company culture. 

What I do

I handle the most time-consuming parts of the recruitment process, such as reviewing and posting job descriptions in job platforms, sourcing candidates, reviewing and screening CVs, conducting initial interviews and shortlisting qualified candidates.

My approach includes a thorough assessment of both technical skills and cultural fit. After initial conversations to understand their fit for your needs, I provide you with a shortlist of potential candidates, allowing your team to conduct further evaluations and interviews as needed.

How I do it

Via LinkedIn and Job Platforms

I use LinkedIn and specialized job platforms to actively search for and engage with qualified candidates. I assess both the technical skills and cultural fit of potential candidates, creating detailed profiles tailored to each role.

Via STEM Connect Digital Portfolio Database

I maintain a curated database of STEM professionals I have helped with professional branding and soft skills development. This includes digital portfolios and video presentations that provide a comprehensive view of each candidate’s capabilities.

Via Custom-Made AI Tools

I created a custom AI tool to efficiently evaluate both, CVs based on an ATS system and LinkedIn profiles. This AI tool helps me save a huge amount of time, time I use to connect personally with STEM professionals to understand their needs and goals.
