Background

I'm a Technical Manager and R&D Chemical Engineer, working as an independent Technical Manager & Industry Supplier Sourcing Specialist for the Manufacturing and Chemical Industries.

I bring over 7 years of experience supporting R&D teams in developing new products and optimizing technological processes. My expertise lies in conducting pilot plant trials, statistical data analysis and collaborating with multiple departments such as Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Marketing, and HR, to achieve business objectives.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked on very exciting industrial projects across Buenos Aires (Argentina), Madrid (Spain) and London in the United Kingdom. Over time, I discovered my passion for helping people - not just through technical work but by supporting their growth and connecting them with opportunities. This realization shifted my focus from purely technical projects to working more closely with technical professionals and industry suppliers. It’s this passion for helping and connecting people that led me to work independently, helping Process Industry Suppliers, Technical Professionals and Mid-Sized Manufacturing Companies create a collaborative ecosystem where everyone thrives.

For Technical professionals: I offer assistance in sourcing and finding process industry suppliers to meet specific project needs, helping to save valuable time and allowing them to stay focused on core technical work.

For Process Industry Suppliers: I provide active support in connecting suppliers with technical professionals and decision-makers, helping to discover new projects and business opportunities. My approach ensures that their products and services reach the right professionals, going beyond passive exposure like traditional events or magazines.

For Small-Sized HR Teams: I offer assistance in sourcing and recruiting STEM professionals in London. This ensures that companies have access to the right talent and partners to streamline operations, fill critical roles and optimize their supply chains.
